TLC Homecare Services was founded in 2015 by Donna Richardson and Debra Hill, after working within the care industry together for a combined 25 years.

We started off as home care worker's, progressing through continued professional development to management level.

 

We are both passionate about understanding about meeting individual needs and providing a person centered service, within our local community, where we have lived all our lives.

 

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we provide, Private, Personal Health Budget (PHB), Direct Payment (DP), Continuing Health Care (CHC) & Social Care Funded Care Packages

 

Our Qualifications as a Provider and Registered Managers

 

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adult)

• Level 3 in the Principles of End of Life Care

• ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Essential Management Skills.

 

Our staff

 

All our staff will be trained in line with The Care Certificate based on the 15 standards set by Health Education England, Skills for Care and Skills for Health.

 

All our staff will obtain a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service police check (DBS), supply checkable references and complete the care certificate before employment commences.
